Help is just a few clicks away.
You can submit a support ticket two different ways. The first way is to send an email to [email protected]. Enter a brief description of the issue in the subject line and any additional information in the body of the email you think would be helpful.
The second way is to visit our support portal at https://ConsiliumTech.Freshdesk.com. From there, click the New Support Ticket link, enter your email address and provide a description of the issue.
You can also use the support portal to track the status of your ticket(s) and view any additional notes that have been entered.
